As shown. See all photos. Belonged to my ancestor Eugene Solomon Talbot (1847–1924). He was the brother of my mother’s mother’s father’s mother. In other words, my great great grandmother Susan Ann Talbot’s brother. Some flaws from age.

“Talbot of Carr Hall refers to the Talbot family who lived at Carr Hall, a historic house in Lancashire, England, particularly known for their adherence to Catholicism during a time when it was persecuted. Key individuals within the family included Nicholas Talbot (c.1469–1547) and his descendants, such as George Talbot (c.1624-1709), whose family was documented in a family "Book of Hours" due to private recusant baptisms at Carr Hall.”

“Dr. Eugene S. Talbot wrote an article regarding the multi-murderer Henry H. Holmes which appeared in the August 1st, 1896 edition of the Journal of the American Medical Association.”
