1950's Gold Plated Floral Mother of Pearl & Rhinestoned Articulated Brooch. I believe these are Austrian crystals. Very cool! The MOP disc spins so that the beautiful aqua blue rhinestoned "leaves" move. The front of the brooch is in very good condition. The back shows some wear or test marks where the plating has come off. Doesn't affect its beauty. Pin works very well.
