Selling this EVGA RTX 3070 Ti in non-working condition. The card powers on (fans spin, RGB lights), but when the PCIe power cables are connected the system will not POST or boot, even when another GPU is set as the primary display. Without PCIe power connected, the system boots normally using a different GPU.
What I've tried:
• Tested in two different systems (one with Ryzen 7600X iGPU, one with RX 9060 XT as primary).
• Changed BIOS settings (Primary Display = iGPU/PCIe).
• With power connected, the card prevents the system from completing POST.
• With no power, system boots fine but card is non-functional.
I think it most likely this is a hardware fault (VRM/GPU/VRAM issue).
