iPhone XS Max. When I switched phones, I started having a Face ID issue. Not sure what exactly was wrong with it. I just had to type in my phone passcode so not too big of a deal, but can be an inconvenience. It is factory reset. Logged back in for IMEI number. Did not resolve the issue. Says that updating phone may resolve issue or it will have to be serviced. Used with Verizon. Removed sims card. 256GB storage. 6ft non apple charging cord included. Open to offers.
