Great condition considering it's more than likely at least 50 years old. I purchased this sheet because it has the same print as my baby blanket and I'm 50. My son didn't use this sheet much and it's still in great shape. I don't see any stains and the elastic is still very functional. Please note the elastic is pulling away in one spot and the ends aren't trimmed as neatly as they were at one time. See photos. All in all, a super comfortable sheet!
