Light brown woven wood picnic basket. Burlington Co was an Iowa-based company dating back to 1888 known for their beautifully intricate woven wood picnic baskets. Whether used for its intended purposes for an outing with the family or as a vintage decorative piece, you will not be disappointed with this timeless treasure.
There is some light fading throughout and appears to be some water damage to one side at the base. The insert has some staining and there is some chipping on parts of the base runner.
This piece is sturdy and very much in working condition. Hinges and handles are very secure.
