Comes with Wusthof ikon knife sharpener. Exterior is hard shell leather case. Interior is ballistic nylon. First Pocket has two large pockets along with business card pockets, and smaller pencil or pen pockets. I would presume this is for recipes business cards, and writing materials.
Next pocket is the flat knife roll, and when you un-velcro the knife roll ( it comes completely out for ease of use. there is room in the back- you can fit a 12 inch by 3 inch deep pan behind the knife roll with an 8 in handle. If you’re serious about your knives and your cookware, or a traveling chef, or anyone in general who is a culinary student. This is probably the best bag money can buy you from Wustof. And they don’t sell it anymore.
It’s honestly unlike anything anybody has. Unsure of age or how someone obtained it unless you were Anthony Bordain or something.
Open to offers. Wusthof wants 110 for the roll. This Is so much nicer than that.
